The MOVE America 2025 Start-up Competition brought together 15 of the most promising mobility start-ups, each pitching live on stage to a distinguished panel of investors and industry experts.
The hopeful start-ups, selected from over 150 innovators in the Start-up Village, were assessed on four key criteria: innovation, scalability, market potential and impact. The ultimate prize: a fast-track place in CO.LAB’s 2026 Mobility Accelerator in Chattanooga, Tennessee, granting them access to mentorship, funding opportunities and industry partnerships.

Endeavor composites is pioneering a step-change in manufacturing for mobility and transport applications. By leveraging their innovative, non-woven carbon-fibre fabric technology, they are reducing costs, eliminating waste and delivering high-performance materials that contribute to a circular economy.
Their simple mission- promising to deliver “nonwoven composites for manufacturing optimisation and performance”- embodies the kind of disruptive thinking the competition looks to reward.
