When asked how past experiences shape her current approach to scaling a pan-European business, the COO pointed to her formative tenure at Tesla during its trailblazing early years. She shares that navigating a period when the broader public dismissed the technology as “crazy” taught her the absolute value of staying determined and maintaining head-strong belief in a vision. Over the next 12 to 24 months, Fastned’s core priority remains a relentless, customer-centric acceleration across its European markets, deploying high-power charging at speed and scale to transform the everyday driver experience.
