With cell production facilities in Nevada and Kansas, along with supply partnerships in Tennessee and Canada, Panasonic is positioning North America as a growing hub for EV battery production.

“When we do this, we establish a North American supply chain, reduce emissions from overseas logistics, and start building North America to be a centre of the EV battery industry,” Winans said.
